Whatever the situation is for you, this initial meeting will provide an opportunity for us to discuss the possibilities and ultimately to focus on a solution that is right for you. We will take this solution, cost it for you and send you a comprehensive development proposal that includes a site flowchart allowing you to see if we have interpreted your requirements correctly. This whole process is free and you will be under no obligation to continue. Commissioning the project... If you like our proposal and would like to continue then all it takes is written confirmation from you, ideally in the form of a purchase order. The costs you see on our proposal will be the costs you pay, there will be no hidden extras. If you decide to make changes to the proposal we will advise you of any additional charges before implementation and if neccessary provide you with a revised flowchart - free of charge. The design & build process... The whole design and build process will take place right in front of you. We will give you on-line access to restricted access development space so you can see your new site taking shape day by day. The first thing you will see is probably your new 'home' page. This is normally the keystone page - carrying the site's navigation structure. Once this page has been approved by you it normally sets the design precedent for the rest of the site. Throughout the design and build process we encourage liaison with you to ensure that we stay on track. When the site is finished and approved by you we embed the metatags, publish it on its own hosted space and submit it to major search engines. So what next...
